Shipping & Handling
All HVAC parts are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouses using trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or common freight) to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified.

All shipments include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the carrier name and tracking number.
Packaging & Delivery
Every order is carefully packed to protect all parts and components during transit.
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct when placing your order.
Note: Carriers may charge storage or re-delivery fees if they are unable to reach you.
Providing a valid phone number ensures prompt scheduling of your delivery.
If the order cannot be delivered and is returned due to incorrect contact information or failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or missing, please notify us as soon as possible. We will contact the carrier and initiate a claim to locate the package. If the shipment cannot be found within two business days after the estimated delivery date, a replacement may be arranged using a different carrier when applicable.
Delivery Inspection
When your shipment arrives, please take time to:
- Inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
- Verify that the number of boxes matches your packing slip or Bill of Lading.
- Note any visible damage or shortages directly on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
If any concealed damage is found after unpacking, report it within 3–5 business days with detailed photos.
Failure to document visible damage at delivery may void eligibility for replacement or return.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final once the item has shipped or is picked up. We may offer exchanges or returns only under the limited conditions below, as outlined in our full Delivery, Pick-Up & Return / Exchange Policy . To initiate a return or exchange, please request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before sending any items back.
Limited Conditions for Return / Exchange:
- Defective or Damaged Parts (Warranty): notify us within 30 days of receipt (unless the manufacturer states otherwise). We will issue an RMA and, when applicable, provide a prepaid return label. Credit or replacement is issued after inspection and validation, typically within 10–14 business days after receipt.
- Wrong or Incorrectly Shipped Parts: notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We will issue an RMA for return of the incorrect part and ship the correct part at our expense if the error is ours. The incorrect part must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and the RMA clearly marked.
Important Conditions:
- Used, installed, or modified parts cannot be returned.
- Special-order or non-stocked items are final sale.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a qualifying warranty claim.
- Returns on "Free Shipping" orders are subject to a restocking fee (minimum 20%), which may vary depending on item condition, packaging, and manufacturer policy.
- Unauthorized returns (no RMA / wrong address / missing documentation) may be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
Processing & Credits
If the return is approved, a credit to your original payment method or a replacement will be issued after inspection and approval. Processing typically takes 10–14 business days after receipt. All returns are subject to inspection; items that are used, damaged, altered, missing components, or not in resalable condition may be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
We strive to ensure accuracy in part numbers and descriptions, but the buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility. This policy may be updated from time to time; the version effective at the time of your order governs your purchase.
